Why Recycle

Research has established that one tonne of landfill equals one tonne of greenhouse gasses, so there is no doubt that recycling is kinder to the planet. However, many are not aware that it is also kinder to the wallet.

General waste involves three major costs:

1. transport costs
2. equipment hire
3. disposal costs

Recycling removes the disposal costs, so it is almost always cheaper.
